This is one of my favorite movies… :) I don’t know why. Couldn’t find an embed, but here’s a link to a good stream at divxfest:

Gary Oldman and Winona Ryder… ahh, a classic Halloween movie. Also in honor of the sequel to the original novel, which was just released! (It says “Unavailable”, but just click on it and it will take you to Hulu to watch it)

The progress is slow but steady… Just beat the boss for dungeon 6! Getting ready to hit up the graveyard and get the super master sword. Look out world! I think I’m almost done with this game… then on to Zelda II

Oh how I love old Nintendo games! I recently acquired the ability to play old NES games, SNES games, N64 games, and GameCube games, and guess what I have chosen to play… ZELDA!

My goodness I love The Legend of Zelda! I’ve recently reconnected with an old classic from my youth (and also got my boyfriend hooked on it!) and am SO frustrated at how difficult this game is! It’s deceivingly simple, but we don’t think of video games the same way we used to and it’s just so much harder than you think.

So, I have decided that in my spare time I am going to beat Zelda (with NO cheating or hints!), and then move on to Zelda II, Zelda III, etc… what a wonderful use of my free time!

If you yourself are interested in playing some old nintendo gems on your computer, visit this site:

If you send me some of your favorite Zelda screenshots, I’ll post them here. Also, here’s a Legend of Zelda icon for you to enjoy (Remember the good old gold cartridge??):

Cheers, and enjoy!

This is one of my all time favorite movies from childhood!

It speaks for itself. smiley-05 I love this movie. And I love Josh Hartnett. Enjoy 30 Days of Night!

Talking to my friend Blitz right now and he mentioned that he watched 28 Weeks Later on my blog, and I realized that I haven’t posted the first movie yet! So, here is the first in the series: 28 Days Later. Enjoy, and don’t test dangerous and volatile chemicals on unsuspecting humans without taking the necessary precautions!

We all know I have a problem with terrible horror movies. That’s no secret. Tonight is a bit reminiscent of a horror movie to me here in Chicago; there is a violent howling wind outside my window, it’s the middle of the night, and aside from the wind it’s just a little too silent… Who knows what sort of delicious horror will befall me! Well, to celebrate this most windy and scary of nights I’m going to share with you a terrible horror movie. Actually it’s been quite a while since I’ve seen this movie so I don’t remember how bad or good it is. I’ll let you watch it and judge for yourself – it’s the sequel to the zombie movie 28 days later (I love zombie movies!). Enjoy, stay warm if it’s cold, and remember: Always watch a scary movie with a candle burning. Dunno why, but it just feels right to me. Cheers!
